Keep in mind that in AC4 only the two default outfits (and their dyed equivalents) had a dynamic hood. If you were wearing, say, Ezio's outift, the hood was always up. Togglingthe hood on/off manually is a huge plus imo. I don’t disagree I’m saying I wish there was an option somewhere in the menus that allowed that. That allowed you to have the hood get put on when you enter a restricted area or off when in a cutscene.
